Lucy brings an extensive international background as Head of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, leveraging over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment, Executive Coaching, Outplacement, Business Development and client relationship management. Her career spans diverse markets, including a significant tenure of 25+ years across The Middle East, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
Prior to joining the Logistics Executive Group, Lucy made significant contributions in HR & Training @ Emirates Airlines, where she designed and implemented competency-based induction and training programs for a multicultural cabin crew. Her initiatives were pivotal in aligning personnel integration with corporate objectives and service delivery standards.
Known for her strategic problem-solving abilities, Lucy excels in decision-making and implementing effective solutions that drive team empowerment and surpass organizational targets.
