Lucy brings an extensive international background as Head of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, leveraging over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment, Executive Coaching, Outplacement, Business Development and client relationship management. Her career spans diverse markets, including a significant tenure of 25+ years across The Middle East, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

Prior to joining the Logistics Executive Group, Lucy made significant contributions in HR & Training @ Emirates Airlines, where she designed and implemented competency-based induction and training programs for a multicultural cabin crew. Her initiatives were pivotal in aligning personnel integration with corporate objectives and service delivery standards.

Known for her strategic problem-solving abilities, Lucy excels in decision-making and implementing effective solutions that drive team empowerment and surpass organizational targets.

At Logistics Executive Group, Lucy has spearheaded various Executive Search initiatives encompassing Logistics, Supply Chain, consumer markets, product innovation, and operational analysis. Her expertise as Head of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment ensures Lucy delivers a wealth of experience in identifying and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives within organizations.
