David is a highly experienced senior executive with a demonstrated track record in supply chain strategic leadership across extended territories of Australasia, South East Asia and the Middle East.
He has led and created strategies and implemented the infrastructures across various territories and new regions while working with both local and multi-national organizations. David brings more than 30 years of knowledge across sales, marketing, supply chain management, engineering and project management including more than 15 years in general management.
David has an enormous array of project management experience and practical knowledge throughout all elements of the value chain including design process engineering, factory and warehouse layout design, process flow, production, operations, inventory management and physical logistics management including warehousing and distribution. He is a specialist in material handling equipment, industrial and commercial fit-out, automation, systems and complex supply chain solutions.
David has further extended his experience by developing and managing an Interiors design and fit-out, providing design, consulting and equipment solutions to all industry sectors. Working across major industry sectors with both multinational and local clientele, David has managed the development of solutions utilizing the complete range of supply chain network design and warehousing layouts.
Experienced with the complexities of developing and managing multi-cultural teams. Engages individual involvement and leads from the front with an open, motivational style that encourages teams to accept and manage responsibility.
