Before Logistics Executive Group, Carmel is part of the regional Human Resource team for one of Asia’s largest education institutions, Raffles Education Corporation Singapore. As a strategic recruitment expert, she is a key player in talent acquisition of academicians in Business Management, Tourism, Psychology, Fashion, and Interior & Product Design for campuses in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and India.
Before Singapore, Carmel is a Manager for Manpower Planning and Acquisition Section for the Philippines’ number 1 state-of-the-art healthcare institution and a certified Joint Commission International, St. Luke’s Medical Centre.
