Dipesh is a highly regarded supply chain and logistics solutions engineer with hands-on leadership and experience across the 3PL, 4PL logistics sectors, eCommerce, manufacturing, automotive, FMCG and high-tech industries.
He has designed and built large scale warehousing and distribution operations, manufacturing centres and logistics operations across Asia, Subcontinent, Middle East, Europe and the US.
With a Bachelor of Engineering (First Grade Honours) and a PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Dipesh leads logistics and supply chain projects providing technical and engineering expertise including mapping and process flow design, RFQ/RFP solutions, service design, configuring warehouse utilization, design, and storage matrix based on different products requirements, and technical expertise to develop highly efficient and leading logistics solution.
He regularly undertakes data analysis, engineering evaluation, material flow reviews and engineering design including cost, manpower requirement, MHE requirement, space, workflow, work processes, racking design, IT system and productivity to produce cost model.
As a senior qualified Supply Chain professional his expertise is focused on Logistics Solution Design and Project Implementation and works on multiple improvement projects of Logistics operations for making the processes leaner and cost-efficient.
In the past, Dipesh has worked with multiple renowned 3PLs such as DB Schenker, APL Logistics and Mahindra Logistics where he was engaged with for leading MNCs for various logistics planning and cost modeling assignments. By qualification, Dipesh is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University who has done Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management.
He is technically abreast with design software like AutoCAD and Class along with hand on exposure of tools such as Tableau for extensive data analysis.
