The founder of the company, Kim is an acknowledged specialist in Executive Recruitment across Logistics and Supply Chain sectors. He has held senior executive positions within international Logistics, Supply Chain and Freight organisations during his 35 year career. Kim often speaks at international conferences / events and regularly contributes thought leadership to industry media. He has been involved in a number of Disaster and Humanitarian Logistics initiatives and is the founder of not for profit organisation www.oasisafrica.net.

A dynamic and engaging senior executive with 35 years leadership experience spanning Corporate Advisory, Executive Coaching, Public Speaking, Search & Recruitment across the Supply Chain, Logistics, FMCG, Retail, Resources, Industrial, Disaster Relief and Humanitarian sectors. Kimble has built an international reputation as the founder (1999) of Logistics Executive Group which delivers Whole of Life Cycle Talent Management including Search & Executive Recruitment, Corporate Advisory, On-Line Education and Executive Coaching / Mentoring.

A regular contributor of thought leadership to industry and media, he is a professional Master of Ceremonies, frequently invited to Chair international events on contemporary / future industry trends and leadership issues.
A hands-on leader working with his teams from the company’s offices in Sydney, Dubai Melbourne, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and London, he is a Board member of over a dozen companies throughout APAC, India and the Middle East. A New Zealand citizen, he holds formal resident status in Australia and the United Arab Emirates and is the Australia & New Zealand appointed representative for the UAE Govt owned Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), one of the world’s largest Economic Free Zones.

An active sportsman, triathlete and ex-professional rugby player, Kimble advisor to charity Boards and Founder / Chairman of successful not for profit humanitarian organization Oasis Africa www.oasisafrica.org.au working with local communities to provide sustainable primary / secondary education, security and holistic support in some of East Africa’s most notorious slums. Kimble is an experienced Executive Performance Coach and holds an MBA and BA – Massey & Victoria Universities (NZ).

In 2015, Darryl was named as one the “Top 50 influential individuals in Asia’ Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Logistics industry” in the prestigious SCM Thought Leader publication by SCM World, recognising him as expert in the linkage of business strategy and supply chain best practices to human capital management.

Darryl brings 28 years of executive leadership and consulting experience and is regular contributor on thought leadership across numerous industry publications and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and events on business leadership, strategy & people alignment and talent management. He was instrumental in the creation of Logistics Academy and presently holds an advisory board appointment with industry group LSCMS. In 2014, he was appointed as one of five global experts to IATA’s Global Innovation Award selection board and has held senior executive positions within the airline, air cargo and aircraft leasing industry.

Since 2001, he has been a principle partner in Logistics Executive Group, an internationally known corporate advisory and talent management firm with offices in 12 countries, serving more than 2,500 organisations. He currently serves as an Independent Board Director for a range of regional companies including Astrum Lighting Innovations, Milestone Consulting and EGI and is a highly regard business leader who brings a unique perspective to the best practice management of business environments.

With a degree in Economics and deep Asia knowledge, Darryl is considered to be a specialist in the linkage of business strategy and supply chain best practices to human capital management with expertise in driving business performance, designing sustainable business strategies, supply chain alignment, organisation structure design, leadership performance, mergers & acquisitions, change management and HR talent management. He works alongside globally recognised organisations and provides sought after advice and business guidance on extracting value from Asian markets. He is regularly called on to manage key human resources change and managing business performance consulting projects, supporting business drive changes, particularly around M&A activity and international executive management.

Darryl was formerly a professional rally navigator in the Asia-Pacific and Production Car World Rally Championships having competed since 1994, retiring in 2005.

Dominic is the managing director of Logistics Executive Asia Pacific.  His role is focused on developing the Asia Pacific practice leveraging his supply chain and commercial industry experience to provide superior collaboration, thru innovation, digitization and value to clients.

He has been instrumental in setting the strategic direction and executing the commercial, operating and growth initiatives for key fortune 500 companies.  He has over 20 years of business experience in both management consulting and industry, specializing in value chain management.

His experience encompasses a diverse execution capability, ranging from strategic development, acquisition/organic growth, change management, operational improvement, to technology enablement across all elements of the business.

More recently, Dominic has led companies across the Asia Pacific for major Global Logistics and Advisory firms.  As a regular and skilled speaker, Dominic shares valuable insights to organizations on innovative business practices, supply chain strategies and ways to cope with the ever-changing business challenges and demands.

Dominic graduated from the University of Western Sydney in Computer Science. He also has a Master in Business Administration from Deakin University.

Mohammed has 20 years of combined and unique blended experience between the private and public sectors. In his previous role, he served as Senior Director of Strategic Engagement at the Job Creation Commission and before that as Deputy Director-General of the Human Resources Development Fund. His role involved leading cross-organizational teams in government and forming coalitions within the relevant ecosystem of any assignment he undertook. Mohammed’s work included generating collective impact from NGOs,  the private sector, and SMEs to activate national initiatives. He co-designed and led national initiatives that sometimes involved more than 100 thinkers. 

Formerly, Mohammed was the CEO of Bahareth & Co. a prominent company in the building material sector. His engagements include leading various national initiatives such as the national skill gap bridging platform, the shaping, and framing of on-the-job training ecosystem in KSA, national human resource management shared services, the nationalization through social investment program, and Israr Award programs among various other holistic national programs.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Strategy from Northeastern University. He later earned an Executive Management Development Post Graduate Certification from the Michigan University Executive Education program. Furthermore, he earned an Innovation Mini-MBA from London Tech Week Academy by Google, Tools & Methods in Implementing Design Thinking from Design Thinking and Innovation Academy, Singapore, and Kaizen, Japanese Management Theory from Asian Management Institute.

Mark is a highly dynamic and forward-thinking business and supply chain professional with a Master’s in Business and BA and over 20 years leadership international experience having worked with top tier companies in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

In his role as Director – Partnership & Ventures, Mark oversees and leads engagement with leading organisations across the global to advance their business operations. expand markets and drive growth. Mark is responsible for Logistics Executive Group CX (Customer Experience) Hub, a centralised support service hub for brands, distributors, producers focused on new market growth underpinned by best-in-class support processes, trade facilitation, supply chain and sales channel management.

Mark brings a vast range of global experience across many industries from food & beverage, manufacturing, electronics, FMCG to healthcare & pharmaceuticals. He has worked with many of the world’s leading MNC’s including Schneider Electric, GSK, Novartis, Philmac and regional hero’s such as Al-Futtaim and Al Ghurair.
His leadership and advisory spans all parts of businesses (commercial and operations) and includes supporting business growth, supply chain management, new product introduction & obsolescence, ERP implementation, S&OP, digitalisation, procurement and demand management to trade facilitation and new market entry.

Kah Soon Au is a seasoned Marketing and Finance strategist and consultant who partners with CEOs, executives and entrepreneurs to grow and streamline their businesses. After spending over two decades working in marketing, logistics and investments for multibillion dollar MNCs to startups, Kah Soon is an expert in delivering analytical insights, multimillion dollar marketing pipelines, and award winning investor coverage through his natural curiosity and deep customer engagement.

He has held senior leadership roles across leading global companies, including APL Logistics, Neptune Orient Lines and Wilmar International – handling nearly USD$3 billion in M&A deals, over USD$1 billion fundraising and winning IR Magazine’s Best Investor Relations award for the Transportation Sector. Based between Singapore and Dubai, he leads consulting assignments with the Logistics Executive Group to deliver comprehensive business and logistics advisory services.

Kah Soon holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business in accounting and insurance from Deakin University.

Mark Lutton is a supply chain executive working since 1994 in the field of manufacturing. Originating from the UK he has an MBA from the Open University complementing an Engineering degree from Brunel University. Specialised in operations excellence training programmes and implementation he has successfully developed industry leading operational organisations across Europe, America, Middle East and Asia.

Whilst working across all aspects of the value chain Mark enjoys orchestrating order from chaos with a cultivated aptitude for creative planning and following through to project completion using his Prince 2 project management and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma skills. Having worked on manufacturing footprint and capital investment projects delivering accumulated savings of over US$40M he is able to assess an organisation’s strengths and weaknesses to deliver creative solutions tailored to its optimal potential.

Mark’s experience ranges from research and development, production management, industrial engineering through to chief operating officer in industries as diverse as process equipment, fashion, banking, industrial doors and hardware.

Peter brings more than 25+ years in the global air cargo and logistics industry. He is the founder of PAS Aviation Logistics. PAS Aviation Logistics is specialized in business transformation, mergers and acquisition for freight forwarding and aviation related companies.

Prior to PAS Aviation Logistics Peter was CEO of Fast Logistics Group based in Dubai. Leading the Fast Group of Companies which has a strong presence across UAEA, India, Africa and Far East. He led the merger of Fast Forward and First Priority to Fast Logistics in UAE and initiated the start of the group’s GSA company Aviation Solutions that globally represents SAFE Air Company and Etihad Cargo in Sharjah and Northern Emirates. Scholten was been instrumental in the forming of the joint venture in China with Cargo Services Far East and in restructuring the office network in Africa.

Prior to Fast Logistics, he served as VP Commercial of Saudia Cargo based in Jeddah, KSA since 2010. During his 4 ½ years at the airline, he was responsible for global sales, revenue management, marketing, network- and product development. Peter was instrumental in more than doubling the global air cargo volumes and making Saudia a well-recognized global brand in the top 20 of the air cargo industry.

During his time Saudia Cargo won multiple international industry awards from leading air cargo trade publications, established leading positions in the global market to Saudi Arabia and in the markets from Asia to West Africa, Kenya to Netherlands, Bangladesh to Europe, made Saudia Cargo a strong operator in the global ad hoc cargo charter market and introduced various new products: BellyFlex, OK-2-KSA and Pharma-2-World.

Prior to Saudia Cargo, he served 14 years for Martinair Holland in 5 senior executive roles and locations.
As VP & GM the Americas for Martinair based in Miami, USA, he was responsible for the freighter network of 20 destinations in North and Latin America – strengthening the market leading position of Martinair in Ecuador, Colombia, Miami whilst opening new markets in Brazil and Puerto Rico.

In 2007, Peter was appointed as interim CCO of Tampa Cargo (a Colombian cargo airline operating out of Medellin and Bogota with B767 freighters, majority owned by Martinair), turning around the company performance inside 6 months, delivering the highest profit in the airline’s 35-year history.

During his tenure as VP Asia Pacific of Martinair, based in Hong Kong in 2002-2006 he implemented an aggressive growth strategy for Hong Kong and China. He began new operations for the carrier to Chinese cities Nanjing and Tianjin. He was also responsible for creating a new Middle East hub for the carrier in Sharjah.

Between 2000 and 2002 Peter initiated and managed Kencargo Airlines – a joint venture between Kenya Airways, KLM and Martinair – in Nairobi. As Managing Director of Kencargo he was credited for creating a professional cargo organization that included a network of 30 destinations. In 2004 Kencargo was renamed as Kenya Airways Cargo.
Scholten began his career in Martinair as VP Europe & Africa in 1996. During this tenure he was based in Schiphol Airport and he built the European sales organisation covering 20 countries. In Africa he started up Martinair’s head quarters in Nairobi and made the cargo airline market leader in flower exports from Nairobi and Harare.
Between 1992 and 1996 was Managing Director of Road Air Flora, a leading freight forwarder in the perishable market in the Netherlands.

The bachelor degree holder in Transport Management, Peter Scholten is a Dutch national and is married with two children.

Prior to this, Jay served as recruitment consultant in Logistics Recruitment (now the Logistics Executive), a leading international specialist executive search company provides professional executive recruitment & consulting services in supply chain and other industries.

By better understanding client and market needs, Jay has been building and conducting day to day search with his team and delivering exceptional results to various client as well as consultancy of candidate career development.

Jay is result-oriented, accurate and dependable with an uncompromising work ethic. He holds a Master of Business Administration from HKU, acquired a Bachelor of Business (Logistics and Transportation) in Australia and also lived in Japan for 5 years during his early life.

Mr Karmjit Singh was appointed to the Board in October 2012). He is an independent and non-executive Director and is a key global advisor to the board of LRS Group Pty Ltd.

Mr Singh was the Chief Executive of SATS Airport Services Pte Ltd from 1998 to 2004. He became the Chief Operating Officer of SATS Ltd (SATS) in 2004 where he held the post till his retirement in 2009. He was consultant to the President and Chief Executive Officer of SATS until end-September 2010. He was the Chairman of Asia Airfreight Terminal Co Ltd. Mr Singh is the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Singapore, and is a member of the Board of The Logistics Institute – Asia Pacific of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and of the Public Transport Council.

Mr Singh was appointed to the Board of Keppel T&T in October 2010 (date of last re-election: 19 April 2011) and is an independent and non-executive Director and a member of the Audit and Board Safety Committees.
He is a director of GATI Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and is the advisor to CEO/SVP NIIT Technologies. Mr Singh has also served on the Working Group for Logistics as part of the Government’s Economic Review Committee.

He served as a Board Member (as Representative for IATA), Air Transport Action Group from 1995 to 2006. He served as a Director at Asia-Pacific Star Private Limited from July 1998 to September 2, 2010. He was President of SIA Group Sports Club from 2008 to 2009. He has been the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Singapore since 1992. He has been a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since 2006. He has been a Board Member of the Public Transport Council since August 2005. He has been a Board Member at The Logistics Institute since June 2003 and Member at Industry User Council (Logistics & Transport) since June 2004. He was Board Governor at Raffles Girls’ Secondary School from 1999 to 2004. He was a Board Member at Fathering Centre from 2004 to 2005. He has been a Member at India Networking Steering Committee since December 2004. He has been on Government Committees since 2008 as a Member, Panel of Judges, DBS-SICCI, Singapore Indian Entrepreneur Awards. He was a Member at Maritime R&D Advisory Panel from March 2003 to 2004.
