The founder of the company, Kim is an acknowledged specialist in Executive Recruitment across Logistics and Supply Chain sectors. He has held senior executive positions within international Logistics, Supply Chain and Freight organisations during his 35 year career. Kim often speaks at international conferences / events and regularly contributes thought leadership to industry media. He has been involved in a number of Disaster and Humanitarian Logistics initiatives and is the founder of not for profit organisation www.oasisafrica.net.

A dynamic and engaging senior executive with 35 years leadership experience spanning Corporate Advisory, Executive Coaching, Public Speaking, Search & Recruitment across the Supply Chain, Logistics, FMCG, Retail, Resources, Industrial, Disaster Relief and Humanitarian sectors. Kimble has built an international reputation as the founder (1999) of Logistics Executive Group which delivers Whole of Life Cycle Talent Management including Search & Executive Recruitment, Corporate Advisory, On-Line Education and Executive Coaching / Mentoring.

A regular contributor of thought leadership to industry and media, he is a professional Master of Ceremonies, frequently invited to Chair international events on contemporary / future industry trends and leadership issues.
A hands-on leader working with his teams from the company’s offices in Sydney, Dubai Melbourne, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and London, he is a Board member of over a dozen companies throughout APAC, India and the Middle East. A New Zealand citizen, he holds formal resident status in Australia and the United Arab Emirates and is the Australia & New Zealand appointed representative for the UAE Govt owned Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), one of the world’s largest Economic Free Zones.

An active sportsman, triathlete and ex-professional rugby player, Kimble advisor to charity Boards and Founder / Chairman of successful not for profit humanitarian organization Oasis Africa www.oasisafrica.org.au working with local communities to provide sustainable primary / secondary education, security and holistic support in some of East Africa’s most notorious slums. Kimble is an experienced Executive Performance Coach and holds an MBA and BA – Massey & Victoria Universities (NZ).

In 2015, Darryl was named as one the “Top 50 influential individuals in Asia’ Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Logistics industry” in the prestigious SCM Thought Leader publication by SCM World, recognising him as expert in the linkage of business strategy and supply chain best practices to human capital management.

Darryl brings 28 years of executive leadership and consulting experience and is regular contributor on thought leadership across numerous industry publications and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and events on business leadership, strategy & people alignment and talent management. He was instrumental in the creation of Logistics Academy and presently holds an advisory board appointment with industry group LSCMS. In 2014, he was appointed as one of five global experts to IATA’s Global Innovation Award selection board and has held senior executive positions within the airline, air cargo and aircraft leasing industry.

Since 2001, he has been a principle partner in Logistics Executive Group, an internationally known corporate advisory and talent management firm with offices in 12 countries, serving more than 2,500 organisations. He currently serves as an Independent Board Director for a range of regional companies including Astrum Lighting Innovations, Milestone Consulting and EGI and is a highly regard business leader who brings a unique perspective to the best practice management of business environments.

With a degree in Economics and deep Asia knowledge, Darryl is considered to be a specialist in the linkage of business strategy and supply chain best practices to human capital management with expertise in driving business performance, designing sustainable business strategies, supply chain alignment, organisation structure design, leadership performance, mergers & acquisitions, change management and HR talent management. He works alongside globally recognised organisations and provides sought after advice and business guidance on extracting value from Asian markets. He is regularly called on to manage key human resources change and managing business performance consulting projects, supporting business drive changes, particularly around M&A activity and international executive management.

Darryl was formerly a professional rally navigator in the Asia-Pacific and Production Car World Rally Championships having competed since 1994, retiring in 2005.

Based in our Regional Headquarters of Hong Kong, she operates in a global capacity and leads the North Asian Business streams of Consulting, Executive Search and Training and associated teams in the delivery of Talent Management, Education and Talent Acquisition services.

With more than 16 years Industry experience Cassandra has provided senior level executive recruiting and consulting services to organizations around the world, which delivers profitable leadership change to key organisations. Cassandra exemplifies excellence in her innate ability to connect executive talent with businesses across the supply chain.

Cassandra’s proven and highly successful approach melds strategic analysis with aggressive process-driven search execution. She works with companies, not for them. An accomplished industry talent acquisition and development specialist with 25 years experience across Logistics, Supply Chain and Executive Search, Joanne is now responsible for Logistics Executive Group’s business operations throughout South Australia, Western Australia & Northern Territory.

Having held senior executive roles across Australia and the Middle East over the last decade, Joanne has gained invaluable expertise and a multitude of global industry contacts. She has been employed within associated sectors including International Commodity Trading & Shipping, FMCG Manufacturing, International Logistics and Warehousing.

Since 1999, Joanne’s extensive industry experience has been successfully applied by providing and delivering talent related solutions from Executive Search / Recruitment to Learning / Development programs. Joanne has also delivered in-house training and support programs for areas including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Executive Coaching.

Joanne joined Logistics Executive Group in Australia 2005 where she was part of the start up team for the Middle East & Africa corporate office in Dubai. Meryjhel is a highly-experienced finance professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Certificate from CIMA-UK.

Meryjhel has over 13 years of experience in financial accounting reporting, business analysis, budgeting and project management. She is a subject matter expert on accounting in courier, logistics and freight forwarding.

Meryjhel has worked with government and consulting previously with Accenture. In addition, Meryjhel lead finance functions for one of the world’s largest logistics companies, FedEx Corporation with stints in the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Afghanistan.

She gained mastery of skills to manage finance functions, strategy development and leadership on her experienced in Middle East, Africa and Asian markets.

Based in the Regional Headquarters of Singapore, she operates in global capacity and leads the Southeast Asia Business Consulting and Executive Search teams in the delivery of Talent Management, Education and Talent Acquisition services.

With nearly 14 years of experience, Carmel works closely with established MNC clients and organisations looking to enter the Asia marketplace with specialization in Supply Chain and Logistics.

Her wealth of knowledge and business know-how is regularly called upon to deliver sound strategic and operational execution advice across Recruitment Leadership and Talent Management from Executive Search, Career Transition and Corporate HR in Supply Chain and Logistics, Manufacturing, FMCG, Education, and Healthcare industries.

Mr. Sridhar a commerce Graduate is Among India’s logistics veterans —he’s been designing and implementing logistics & supply chains since 1981.

Mr. Sridhar is known for building organisations and he is one of the first few professionals who have been associated with the express Industry. Starting his career in the Express Logistics early in 80’s has the credentials of being one of the key people for building organisations such as, SKYPAK, Overnite Express, Corporate Couriers & JV of TNT and AFL – WIZ.

During his long career of over 3decades in the Logistics & 3PL industry Mr.Sridhar apart from spending his good time in the Express Industry has worked in all the verticals including ‘transportation Road & Rail, Freight Forwarding, Bulk & Container Logistics and Infrastructure companies with interest in running Bulk Port Terminal, Dredging Operations, Container Terminal and Container Freight stations.

Before Launching his own initiative in the Consulting & Training in September 2011 and partnering with Logistics Executive – A leading Global Recruitment Platform, LR Sridhar, was heading Chennai based South Asia’s largest bulk and container cargo Conglomerate Sical Logistics Limited as Group Managing Director Since 2006 . Mr.Sridhar was driving the strategic vision, business development, and human resources. He was also the Wholetime Director of Sical Distriparks Limited and on the Board of subsidiary companies of Sical Group.
Mr.Sridhar has the distinction of having handled shipments of all sizes, right from 100-gram documents to Cape Size Ship cargo.

His major Strengths are HRM and Business Development with Lateral thinking and he attributes his success to his people who worked with him.

Currently Mr.Sridhar is working on a project to set up Physical Distribution platform to connect every pin-code for last mile delivery in India for the E-Commerce Industry, which is growing by the day.

Professionally a B.TECH in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, I graduated in 1985. In my career spanning closer to three decades, in the field of Strategy ,Manufacturing & supply chain I have developed skills to inspire & create flexible, innovative supply chains for global organizations enabling them to create value. With skills to lead people across the value chain I created winning teams in procurement, logistics & commercial with various industry verticals like Automobile, Agricultural, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals and also possess successful experience of establishing two green field projects. This has been done with sustainability objectives to create green supply chain initiatives with process based approach.

Brief Career Snapshot: I started my career with Tata Engineering (TATA GROUP) and was engaged with them for 13.5 years. During this tenure, I had exposure in Operations, Manufacturing, and Planning & Materials Management. I was eventually heading the team of materials and logistics at the new green field at Tata’s Lucknow plant. I was a key team leader in the last years (1997-1999) on overall strategy & implementation of SAP & Business Process Reengineering Project.

In June’1999, I took a Global responsibility for the SCM operations at FIAT – CNH New Holland Tractors India and worked with them for a period of 8 years. At this assignment, I was instrumental in strategy integration of the IT processes with the Business & SCM requirements from Order Management & Planning to Procurement .I was also part of the strategy leadership steering team in India leading global initiatives for the MNC .I was deputed for one year in Europe for the M&A.

In July’2007, I moved to the Jubilant Group to steer the Supply Chain strategy at the Corporate Office managing the global procurement, international logistics & innovative business processes dedicating my efforts to bring in integration, effectiveness & create a culture of Supply Entrepreneurship achieving key measurable targets on effective sourcing till 31st Oct’14

From 1st Nov’14 have launched the MYRIAD Consulting solutions.

Mr Karmjit Singh was appointed to the Board in October 2012). He is an independent and non-executive Director and is a key global advisor to the board of LRS Group Pty Ltd.

Mr Singh was the Chief Executive of SATS Airport Services Pte Ltd from 1998 to 2004. He became the Chief Operating Officer of SATS Ltd (SATS) in 2004 where he held the post till his retirement in 2009. He was consultant to the President and Chief Executive Officer of SATS until end-September 2010. He was the Chairman of Asia Airfreight Terminal Co Ltd. Mr Singh is the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Singapore, and is a member of the Board of The Logistics Institute – Asia Pacific of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and of the Public Transport Council.

Mr Singh was appointed to the Board of Keppel T&T in October 2010 (date of last re-election: 19 April 2011) and is an independent and non-executive Director and a member of the Audit and Board Safety Committees.
He is a director of GATI Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and is the advisor to CEO/SVP NIIT Technologies. Mr Singh has also served on the Working Group for Logistics as part of the Government’s Economic Review Committee.

He served as a Board Member (as Representative for IATA), Air Transport Action Group from 1995 to 2006. He served as a Director at Asia-Pacific Star Private Limited from July 1998 to September 2, 2010. He was President of SIA Group Sports Club from 2008 to 2009. He has been the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Singapore since 1992. He has been a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since 2006. He has been a Board Member of the Public Transport Council since August 2005. He has been a Board Member at The Logistics Institute since June 2003 and Member at Industry User Council (Logistics & Transport) since June 2004. He was Board Governor at Raffles Girls’ Secondary School from 1999 to 2004. He was a Board Member at Fathering Centre from 2004 to 2005. He has been a Member at India Networking Steering Committee since December 2004. He has been on Government Committees since 2008 as a Member, Panel of Judges, DBS-SICCI, Singapore Indian Entrepreneur Awards. He was a Member at Maritime R&D Advisory Panel from March 2003 to 2004.

His ‘Asia Supply Chain Insights’ series of corporate briefings, presentations, consultations, whitepapers and seminars help companies navigate the complex landscapes in China and ASEAN to improve the efficiency of their supply chain ecosystems and make better informed business decisions.

Mark is a Visiting Lecturer at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has delivered Guest Lectures at Georgia Tech (Atlanta and Hong Kong), HKU SPACE (Hong Kong) RMIT (Ho Chi Minh City) and SP Jain (Singapore & Dubai).

His industry contributions have been recognised with a number of accolades, including being named in the “Who’s Who of Power Players in Supply Chain Management in China”, the “Pro’s-to-Know Thought Leaders in Supply Chain” and as “One of the most Progressive People in World Logistics”.

London based business book publisher, Kogan Page have commissioned Mark to write the book “Global Supply Chain Ecosystems”, due for publication in 2015.

Alex Allen heads Logistics Executive Group’s Australian Business that specializes in Corporate Advisory, Executive Placements and Education/ Training sectors. Alex’s Supply Chain industry experience includes Leadership roles with Fortune 500 Companies operating in the Asia Pacific and IMENA regions. Alex is the appointed JAFZA Country Representative for Trade facilitation between Australia/ New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates.

Internationally recognized Business Leader within the Global Shipping and Logistics Industry, specializing in leading-from-the-front Management disciplines, defining the Business Strategy, Operating Plans and Supply Chain networks. Alex has extensive working knowledge of regional and cultural idiosyncrasies and understanding differing business needs across global markets with countries including: Europe, United Kingdom, China, India, South East Asia, USA and AGCC, EMEA/ MENAT and emerging markets destined for upward trajectory growth.

Alex plays a pivotal role in engaging and consulting with senior business and industry leaders in matters of international trade, trade compliance, INCO terms, supply chain optimization, start-up and turn-key projects, coaching and education including Executive Placements within the Logistics Industry.
